I am planning a trip to New York in the next few months and I was
wondering if there were any silent/classic movie revival houses
anywhere that I should check out. Also, any museums or places relating
to old films and Hollywood stars in NYC would be appreciated!

The obvious choices are:

1) Museum of Modern Art (53rd St. bet. 5th and 6th)
2) Anthology Film Archives (2nd Street and 2nd Avenue)
3) American Museum of the Museum Image (in Queens)
4) Film Forum (Houston Street off 6th Avenue)

AMMI in Queens is being renovated so they may be operating from a
temporary venue somewhere.

There are other, smaller venues but those are the main ones. They all
have websites (naturally), so you can look them up to see what they're
showing and when, since your post doesn't indicate specifically you're
coming.
